Luff is a weight tracking application that helps you monitor your weight trajectory, stay on course toward your goals, and understand patterns in your energy, movement, sleep, and exercise. Luff is a wellness tool, not a medical device.
Luff is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. The information Luff provides, including calorie targets, weight trajectories, drift assessments, and Insights about your energy balance, movement, sleep, and exercise, is for informational purposes only.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your diet, exercise, or health based on information from Luff. Do not disregard professional medical advice because of something you see in Luff.
If you have or suspect a medical condition, or if you have an eating disorder or a history of disordered eating, consult your doctor before using Luff.
All content, design, code, and trademarks associated with Luff are owned by the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Luff is provided on an "as is" basis. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Updates may be required for continued use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luff and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
Total liability for any claim arising from your use of Luff is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Luff.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If we update these terms, the revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of Luff after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
