My weight isn't syncing from my scale. Open Apple Health and check that your scale app has permission to write weight data. Then check that Luff has permission to read weight data from Apple Health. Luff syncs automatically in the background once both are enabled.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription? Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. You can change your plan or cancel from there. Luff does not process payments directly, so we cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
How do I request a refund? Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com or go to Settings, tap your name, then Purchase History.
How do I delete my data? Use "Start Over" in the app to remove all weight entries, trajectories, and profile data from your device and iCloud.
